Spam blocking requests

If you would like all emails that come through labelled as {SPAM} blocked, please email your request to This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it . Please note that we do not block {POSSIBLY SPAM} emails are they are sometimes genuine messages.

Spam whitelist requests

If a known senders emails are being labelled as SPAM and you would like them to come through unlabelled, please send the email address you want whitelisted to: This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it .

Managing SPAM

We are doing our best to keep SPAM under control but Spammers are becoming increasingly clever.

One thing you can do to minimise this problem is set up your email program to move your labeled Spam/Possibly Spam to another folder.                              

For Microsoft Outlook, use these steps:
  1. Create a new folder in your email inbox and label it 'SPAM'
  2. Go to 'Tools and select 'rules and alerts'
  3. Click on 'New Rule'
  4. Click on 'Move messages with specific words in the subject to a folder'
  5. Click on 'specific words' in the bottom white box and enter 'SPAM' or 'POSSIBLY SPAM' and click 'add' then 'OK'
  6. On the bottom white box click on 'specified folder' and choose the SPAM folder that you have just set up and click 'OK'
  7. Click 'next' then 'finish'  then 'apply'
  8. Click 'OK'                                        

For Microsoft Outlook Express, use these steps:
  1. Create a new folder in your email inbox and label it 'SPAM'
  2. Go to 'Tools' and select ' Message Rules'
  3. Click on 'Mail' then 'New'
  4. Tick the box that says 'Where the subject line contains specific words'
  5. In bottom box click on 'contains specific words' and type in 'SPAM' or 'POSSIBLY SPAM'
  6. Click 'OK'
  7. in the middle box (select the actions for your rule) select 'Move it to the specified folder'
  8. In bottom box click on 'specified folder'and choose the SPAM folder that you have just set up and click 'OK'
  9. Click 'OK' then 'OK' again
