SELF-INSTALL: At present, there is a free connection special so a self-install will cost you nothing! (minimum 12 month contract).

Usually Telecom charge $99 for a ‘self install’. This is where they set up Broadband capability on your phone line at the local exchange. You need to install line filters for each phone that is plugged into your Broadband phone line. Prices include GST.

FULL-INSTALL: At present, there is a special running so a full-install will only cost you $149 (minimum 12 month contract).

Telecom usually charge $248 for a ‘full install’. This is where they come to your house, install a line filter for all your phones, and set up your Broadband connection (this is required if you have a monitored home alarm). Prices include GST.

Business/School bitstream broadband

You need to install line filters for each phone that is plugged into your Broadband phone line. We do not recommend this kind of installation for schools and larger businesses. This is only suitable for home-based businesses or small offices. Prices exclude GST.

FULL-INSTALL: At present, there is a special running so a full-install will only cost you $132.45 (minimum 12 month contract).

Telecom usually charge $220 for a ‘full install’. This is where they come to your office/school, install a line filter for all your phones, and set up your Broadband connection. Prices exclude GST.
